(1) Rangers Vs. (3) Brewers Series: Brewers win SMBL Championship Series 2-1
Game One: Brewers 4 @ Rangers 5 Final WP: Brady Waldenberg
The Rangers scored with 2 outs in the bottom of the 7th to beat the Brewers 5-4. Brady Waldenberg got the win in relief. The Rangers led 4-1 after the first but the Brewers battled back with single runs 3 times and had tied the game in the top of the 7th.
Game Two: Rangers 2 @ Brewers 4 Final WP: Brady Fornwald
Monday night, in game two of the series, the Brewers got a complete game from Brady Fornwald, and came up with a 4-2 victory over the Rangers to even the series at a game apiece. Game three goes Tuesday at Cairns.
Game Three: Brewers 8 @ Rangers 1 Final WP: Boyd Bergstrom
Tuesday night in the deciding game, the Brewers broke open a scoreless tie by scoring four runs in the 4th inning on their way to defeating the Rangers 8-1, as Boyd Bergstrom went the distance to earn the win.
SMBL Semi-Finals
(1) Rangers Vs. (5) Royals Series: Rangers win series 2-0
Game One: Royals 6 @ Rangers 9 Final WP: Steve Pura
The Rangers came back from a 5 run first inning deficit to beat the Royals 9-6. Steve Pura pitched a complete game for the win.
Game Two: Rangers 10 @ Royals 5 Final WP: Mike Henschel
The Rangers beat the Royals 10-5 to win the series 2-0. Mike Henschel got the win and Brady Waldenberg pitched 3 innings of scoreless relief.
Congrats to the Rangers as they move to the finals for the 4th consecutive year. They will take on the defending champion Brewers.
(2) Bisons Vs. (3) Brewers Series: Brewers win series 2-0
Game One: Brewers 7 @ Bisons 2 Final WP: Brady Fornwald
At Dief, Brady Fornwald went the distance in an impressive 7-2 victory.
Game Two: Bisons 4 @ Brewers 6 Final/5 Rain Out WP:
At Leakos, the Brewers beat the Bisons 6-4 in a rain shortened game, completing only 5-1/2 innings. The Brewers tacked on an additional two runs in the bottom of the sixth before the game was correctly called by home plate umpire. Congrats to the Brewers as they move on to the final again in an attempt to repeat.

(1) Rangers Vs. (8) Armadillos Series: Rangers win series 2-1
Game One: Armadillos 0 @ Rangers 4 Final WP: Steve Pura
It was the Rangers over the Armadillos by a score of 4-0. Steve Pura was dominant in the series opener, allowing only two hits in the complete game victory.
Game Two: Rangers 1 @ Armadillos 4 Final WP: Chad Mukanik
The Armadillos scored all four runs in the third inning on their way to a 4-1 victory. Chad Mukanik went the distance to earn the win.
Game Three: Armadillos 0 @ Rangers 5 Final WP: Barrett Taylor
Barrett Taylor and Brady Waldenburg combined to record the complete game shutout as the Rangers defeated the Armadillos 5-0, moving onto the second round
(2) Bisons Vs. (7) Selects Series: Bisons win series 2-0
Game One: Selects 3 @ Bisons 13 Final WP: Adam Olchowski
Bruno rallied in the bottom of the sixth to beat the Selects 13-3. Adam Olchowski went the distance in the win.
Game Two: Bisons 10 @ Selects 3 Final WP: Curtis Buhs
Bisons defeated the Selects 10-3 at Leakos to advance to the semi-finals. Curtis Buhs went the distance in the win.
(3) Brewers Vs. (6) Wombats Series: Brewers win series 2-1
Game One: Wombats 5 @ Brewers 3 Final
The Wombats scored one run in the sixth and one in the seventh inning to nip the Brewers 5-3 in game one of the 3-6 series.
Game Two: Brewers 4 @ Wombats 3 Final WP: Boyd Bergstrom
Derek Walters drove in two runs with two out in the seventh as the Brewers came back to beat the Wombats 4-3. Kyle Gregoire pitched 5 strong, with Boyd Bergstrom picking up the win in relief.
Game Three: Wombats 4 @ Brewers 9 Final WP: Lionel Redden
Derek Walters hit a first inning grand slam, and Lionel Redden pitched the complete game as the Brewers defeated the Wombats 9-4 to move onto the semi-finals.
(4) Rhinos Vs. (5) Royals Series: Royals win series 2-1
Game One: Royals 4 @ Rhinos 2 Final WP: Blake Weatherald
Blake Weatherald went the distance for the Royals as they beat the Rhinos 4-2. The Royals were down 2-1 in the 6th, but rallied with the help of a Thabo Mthembu 2-run double in the top of the 7th. Ryan Usher took the hard luck loss for the Rhinos.
Game Two: Rhinos 7 @ Royals 4 Final WP: Don Petrinchuk
The Rhinos tied up their series with the Royals at a game a piece, with a 7-4 win. Don Petrinchuk picked up the win, while Ryan Mazzei picked up the save.
Game Three: Royals 6 @ Rhinos 5 Final WP: Darren Johnson
The Royals took a 5-0 lead early, with the Rhinos squaring it back up in the 3rd. The game winning run would eventually be pushed across in the 6th on an inside the park home run from Thabo Mthembu. Kirby Poirier went 4 and a 1/3 innings in the start for the Royals, while Darren Johnson picked up the win in relief.

Tiger 2 @ Selects 4 Final WP: Evan Latos
At Stonebridge North, the Selects downed the Tigers 4-2. Evan Latos pitched five strong innings for the win.
Skunks 5 @ Armadillos 6 Final /8 WP: Chad Nixey
At Stonebridge South, the Armadillos scored two runs in the bottom of the 7th inning to tie the game, while John Abdulnour singled in the winning run in the bottom of the 8th, as the Armadillos edged the Skunks 6-5. Chad Nixey went the distance to earn the win, while Sean Hoey pitched a complete game for the Skunks.
